Easy Rava Roti

Ingredients for Rava Roti:


Rava – 1 cup

Onions – 2

Carrot – 1

Chilli paste – ½ spoon

Jira – ½ spoon

Coriander

Salt to taste


How to prepare:


1. Take a bowl add one cup rava, finely chopped onions, grated carrot, chili paste, jira, coriander, and salt.

2. Mix all the above ingredients nicely without adding water and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.

3. Make small portions of the above mixture and add the required water to make the roti. (Adding water to the complete mixture makes the roti harder, hence take small portions and add water whenever you want to make the roti)

4. Take a pan, apply oil and make the roti and roast it till golden brown or desired crispiness.


Enjoy the quick Rava roti with thick curd or coriander or ginger thokku.

Makes it a super easy and quick recipe for your kid's lunch box.
